AccessibilityStatement.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Eagles Enterprise is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build to accessibility standards as a matter of course — it is part of what we sell, so it would be strange to skip it on our own site.

Conformance target

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and by the European Accessibility Act. We consider this site to be substantially conformant, with the known limitations noted below.

What we have implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions and a logical heading order on every page
  • A visible “skip to content” link as the first focusable element
  • Full keyboard operation of all interactive elements, including the navigation menu and FAQ accordions
  • Visible focus indicators that meet contrast requirements, never removed
  • Text and interface colour combinations checked against WCAG contrast ratios
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
  • Form fields with persistent visible labels, programmatic associations, and errors announced in text rather than by colour alone
  • Full respect for the operating system’s reduce motion preference — animation, smooth scrolling and the intro sequence are disabled automatically
  • Content that reflows without loss of function at 200% zoom and on small screens
  • Responsive layouts that work from 320 px upward in both orientations
  • A print stylesheet that removes decorative layers and restores readable contrast

Motion and animation

This site uses motion deliberately. Every animation is suppressed when your device requests reduced motion, no content depends on animation to be understood, and nothing flashes more than three times per second. You can enable reduced motion in your operating system’s accessibility settings and the site will respond immediately.

Known limitations

  • The animated hero graphic is presented as a decorative canvas and is hidden from screen readers; no information is conveyed by it alone.
  • Some case-study screenshots show third-party websites whose own accessibility we do not control. Their content is described in text alongside the image.
  • The contact form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party service. We control the form markup; we do not control their processing pages.

Third-party content

This website links to client websites and other third-party services. While we cannot control the accessibility of external sites, we encourage every partner and supplier we work with to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we build to that standard on the projects we deliver.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Email info@eaglesenterprise.co.uk with the subject line “Accessibility Feedback – Eagles Enterprise”, or use our contact form. We aim to respond within five working days and will tell you what we intend to do and when.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is a continuing commitment rather than a one-off task. We review content and structure as the site changes, test with keyboard and screen-reader tooling, and treat accessibility defects as functional defects.
